Fourth Quarter - L.A.M.P. Verses
1. Matthew 28:1-7 - After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. Then go quickly and tell His disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see Him.’ Now I have told you.”
2. Commandments from Exodus - 3You shall have no other gods before Me. 4You shall not make for yourself an idol. 7You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses His name. 8Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 12Honor your father and your mother so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you. 13You shall not murder. 14You shall not commit adultery. 15You shall not steal. 16You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. 17You shall not covet.
3. II Timothy 3:16,17 - All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
